TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT FOR MUSIC SUBMISSIONS

AI Radio SA – Artist Participation & Music Usage Terms

1. Introduction

By submitting music, audio content, artwork, lyrics, or related material (“Content”) to AI Radio SA (“the Station”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all artists, creators, producers, composers, and contributors (“the Artist”), including AI-assisted creators.

Submission of Content constitutes a binding agreement between the Artist and the Station.

2. Copyright, Licensing & Ownership Responsibility

2.1 The Artist confirms that all submitted Content is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

2.2 The Artist confirms that:

The Content is not registered under any music distribution company unless the Artist has full authority to submit it;

The Content is not licensed, owned, or controlled by any record label, publisher, rights-management or royalty collection agency, unless legally authorized;

The Artist holds full permission to submit and broadcast the Content.

2.3 The Artist agrees that AI Radio SA does not accept responsibility or liability for copyright disputes, ownership conflicts, licensing violations, or royalty claims arising from submitted Content.

2.4 The Artist accepts full legal liability for any infringement, including local or international copyright law, and agrees to indemnify and hold the Station harmless against any claims, damages, or legal action.

3. AI-Generated & Assisted Music

3.1 AI-generated or AI-assisted music must:

Be substantially original and creatively directed by the Artist

Not contain copyrighted samples, melodies, backing tracks, or voice models belonging to other artists or copyrighted works

3.2 The Artist confirms that any AI tools used are legally licensed and permitted for creative output.

3.3 The Artist remains legally responsible for any AI-related rights issues or disputes.

4. Broadcasting & Usage Rights Granted to the Station

4.1 By submitting Content, the Artist grants non-exclusive permission for the Station to:

Broadcast and stream the Content

Promote the Content on-air and online

Use Content in competitions, playlists, promos, and station media

Display associated names, titles, cover art, and descriptions

4.2 This permission does not transfer ownership. The Artist remains the legal copyright holder.

4.3 The Artist may request removal of Content in writing. The Station will comply within a reasonable period, unless needed for legal or audit purposes.

5. No Payment, Royalties, or Commercial Obligation

5.1 Submission of Content does not create:

An employment relationship

A royalty agreement

A broadcast guarantee

5.2 The Artist understands that the Station operates on a promotional and exposure basis and is under no obligation to pay fees, royalties, or compensation.

6. Content Standards & Removal Rights

6.1 The Station reserves the right to reject or remove Content that is:

Offensive, discriminatory, harmful, or misleading

Copyright-infringing or legally disputed

Misaligned with the station’s broadcasting standards

6.2 Decisions regarding acceptance or removal of Content are at the sole discretion of the Station.

7. Competitions & Voting

7.1 Artists entering competitions agree that voting results may be public and are for entertainment purposes.

7.2 The Station reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify submissions that violate these Terms.

7.3 The Station does not guarantee exposure, ranking, or awards.

8. Data & Personal Information

The Artist agrees that submitted names, artworks, profiles, or links may be displayed publicly for promotional purposes, in line with the Station’s Privacy Policy.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Station operates. Any disputes shall be resolved under local legal authority.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting Content, the Artist confirms acceptance of these Terms and acknowledges full legal responsibility for their submission.
